Do you have a cancellations policy?

Appointments may be cancelled free of charge with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged at 50%, with the full fee applying to cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance.

I have a medical condition, can I have a treatment? 

​

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies. Some medical conditions are restricted from receiving a treatment, and some may require a GP note of approval before going ahead. If you are unsure please give me a quick call or email to discuss.

Do you provide mobile treatments in my own home / holiday let?

Due to increased demand, I am only able to provide treatments from my private treatment room in Long Compton at this time. If you really are unable to visit me for whatever reason, then please contact me using the contact page, as in exceptional circumstances I may be able to help.
