Deep Rest Membership ​

What is the Deep Rest Membership?

A monthly membership designed to support consistent, nervous-system-focused care.

You’ll receive one or two treatments each month, with priority booking and a calmer, more supported rhythm to your wellbeing.

 

Can I choose different treatments each month?

Yes — your session is yours to use in the way your body needs.

We can decide together each month whether that’s massage, acupuncture, cupping, reflexology, or a blend.

 

How does payment work?

Payment is taken monthly via direct debit.

Once you’re signed up, you’ll receive a link to book your sessions at a time that works for you. Alternatively, if there's a regular monthly slot you'd like reserved just for you, let me know and I'll arrange that for you. 

 

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes — there is a 3-month minimum.

This is where the real benefit of consistency begins, allowing your body to settle and respond over time. After this, you can pause or cancel anytime using the link in your membership email.

What if I can’t make my session one month?

Sessions are designed to be used within the month, but if something comes up, please reach out — I’ll always do my best to support you.

Additional Membership information:

    · Memberships run on a monthly subscription basis and include one or two Deep Rest session per month (60 or 90 minutes, depending on your plan).

    · A minimum commitment of 3 months applies from the date of sign-up. After this period, memberships can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next billing date.

    · Sessions are valid within the month they are issued and do not roll over. Unused sessions will be forfeited.

    · Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance via the online booking system.

    · The standard 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the session being deducted.

    · Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.

    · In the event of practitioner illness or unforeseen circumstances, sessions will be rescheduled at the earliest       convenience.

    · This structure is designed to support consistency, safety, and lasting change. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

Cancellations Policy

​Appointments are secured at the time of booking. Changes can be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Appointments changed or cancelled within 48 hours are non-transferable. 

Workshops / Classes are non – refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift your space to a friend or family member if you cannot attend, so long as this is agreed with Cotswold Holistic Therapy beforehand

 

I have a medical condition, can I have a treatment? 

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies. Some medical conditions are restricted from receiving a treatment, and some may require a GP note of approval before going ahead. If you are unsure please contact me via email to discuss. 

Do you provide mobile treatments in my own home / holiday let?

Due to increased demand, I am only able to provide treatments from my private treatment room in Long Compton at this time. If you really are unable to visit me for whatever reason, then please contact me using the contact page, as in exceptional circumstances I may be able to help.
