Rather than booking a specific technique, you book time.

 

Within that time, I work intuitively — blending the tools that will support you most effectively. That may include deep tissue massage, acupuncture, reflexology, breathwork guidance or simply quiet therapeutic touch.

 

The focus is not the modality.

The focus is how you feel when you leave.
