Last week, I had the Essential Balance package which included aromatherapy, massage and reflexology - it was fabulous! From the moment I arrived, Lois was friendly, welcoming and professional, I instantly felt at ease. During my session, Lois helped create my very own blend of oils, it was blissful. I had an amazing treatment in gorgeous surroundings at Cotswold Holistic Therapy's stunning new Shangri-La Therapy Room. My treatment started with a consultation with Lois, helping me to choose a beautiful aromatherapy oil to suit my needs, then a wonderful black, neck & shoulder massage which thoroughly relaxed me and my aching muscles. She then did Reflexology on my feet and I can honestly say, when I stood up, my feet felt like I was standing on cotton wool, my shoulders have not felt better for a long time and I have come home feeling more positive and happy than i have felt for ages.

I had a massage and reflexology from Lois and I felt so relaxed and all my stresses have gone away. It was more relaxing in the fact that Lois came to my house to deliver the treatment at a time that suited me. The reflexology is really my favourite treatment and I couldn't recommend it enough. Lois is really lovely, very professional and gives an excellent service. My mum and I had reflexology, sheer bliss. I have had back, shoulder & neck massage previously, again absolutely beautiful. You do not want the treatment to end. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be using Lois again.
