Terms & Conditions

 

~ Gift voucher is valid for 6 months from date of issue.

~ Gift vouchers are non refundable and non transferable.

~ Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or a cash refund. Where Gift Certificates offered have a greater value than the goods being purchased, change is not given.

~  Some health conditions may be contra-indicated and it is always best to check that any medical treatment you are receiving will not be affected by any holistic treatments. If you are unsure please call Cotswold Holistic Therapy and ask the therapist. If deemed necessary, you may be referred to your doctor for his/her permission before carrying out a treatment. 

~ Please treat Gift Certificate as cash in terms of security. Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

~ Once you have booked your treatment, cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior otherwise value of treatment booked is forfeited. 

~ Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

~ Cotswold Holistic Therapy reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Certificate which is deemed to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged, or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
